What is Kaleendi Return Policy?
Our “100% Customer Satisfaction Program” allows for easy returns and refunds for:
RETURN ACCEPT ONLY IN CASE –
- Products that you received in the “Damaged/Defective/Broken” condition.
Important Note :
- Customer should Deliver a courier to us within 7 days of delivery, otherwise, we will not accept the return parcel.
- ( We should get a courier within 7 days of delivery.)
- If Customer Deliver the Return Courier After 7 Days, We will Resend your Product to you as Exchange Policy and Exchange Courier Charge will be 60/- per Piece for “Prepaid Return Method “.
- If the Customer wants to Exchange the Product in ” Cash on Delivery Method ” then Shipping Charge with C.O.D Amount will be 110/- per Product.
- which is Handle by the Customer, & to Pay Us in Vastra Queen Bank Account and to Send Us a Screen Shot on support@Kaleendi.com with Noted your Order ID.
How to Return the Product?
- If Customer wants to Return Respected Product, ” Customer has to Handle Return courier process by Customer him/her Self through ANY LOCAL COURIER COMPANY”
- ( Send Return Parcel to us on our Address by Customer him/her self ) & Return Courier Charges will be payable by the Customer. ( Shipping Courier Charge Will Not Refund On Refund Product Amount.)
- Keep in mind that you must send the slip of the product with the return parcel, if you do not send the slip, we will not be able to help you.
[ Note:-Products purchased during on Sale will be not eligible for returns or refunds. ]
- We REFUND Regarding only Damaged/Defective/Broken Product :
- When we received Customer Return Courier, will transfer respected Amount within 1 – 9 Business Days to Customer`s Bank Account through NEFT.
- ( From here While Processing for Refund , 250/- Rs. per piece , will deduct from the Product Amount by the system as Refund Handling & Processing Charge. )
